Property prices for sale in New Mexico region

The price per sq.feet in New Mexico has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $304. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching $823 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 89 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 155 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $533 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $827.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
