Property prices for rent in New Mexico region
The average rent price in the New Mexico region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in New Mexico has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was $1.32. The following month the price fell to $1.25 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from $1.28 to $1.27 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $1.28 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $1.37 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in New Mexico(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in November is $1,380. In December the price rose to $1,497. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $1,438.5 to $1,473. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $1,455.75 to $1,453.5 during March and April.
