Property prices for rent in Ocean Beach (New York)
The rent prices in real estate in Ocean Beach, in the New York region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ocean Beach has fallen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was $10.09. In November this price barely changed remaining at $9.66 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable fall of 56 with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable rise of 175 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $7.71 to $13.5 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Ocean Beach (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is $9,721. In November This price remains at $9,435. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable fall of 75 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 143 % during the last two months.
