Property prices for sale in New Mexico region

The price per sq.feet in New Mexico has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was $823. The following month (December) the price had a considerable deflation reaching $501 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 82 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two.
