Property prices for sale in Florida region

The price per sq.feet in Florida has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $638. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching $751 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from $694.5 to $708 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 195 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $701.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $1,365 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
