Property prices for rent in Florida region

The price per sq.feet in Florida has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $5.82. The following month (November) the price had a considerable rise reaching $9.79 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 84 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $7.19 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $7.67 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

When referring to the price in Florida(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is $3,288. During November it went through a strong rise reaching $3,890 The average price for the following two months (December, January) fell 92 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 91 % compared to the previous average values going from $3,444.5 a $3,120.5 in February y March.
