Property prices for rent in Florida region

The price per sq.feet in Florida has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During March, the average price per sq.feet was $3.38. The following month (April) the price had a considerable rise reaching $4.5 per sq.feet. The following two months (May, June) went through a considerable fall of 84 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 234 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $3.62 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $8.46 per sq.feet for the last two months (July, August).
