Orange is a California city situated in Orange County. The city’s population is nearly 137,000 people. There are plenty of wonderful reasons to consider a move to Orange when you purchase real estate.

Southern California’s weather is one of Orange’s biggest attracting features. The summers are warm and the winters are cool, but not unpleasantly so. Olive is another district in the city, situated in northern Orange. It encompasses two miles and offers a more rural feel than the rest of the city. While new condos and homes have emerged in recent years, Olive is still very small with no through traffic.
