Aurora is not only one of the largest cities in the state of Illinois, but it is also home to nearly 200,000 people. Aurora boasts three school districts, housing more than 40 public schools. In addition, many Aurora students attend classes outside of the city. Aurora is also home to the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, a magnet high school. More than 20 private schools are also available here.
