The price per sq.feet in Virginia has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $243. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at $250 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from $246.5 to $257.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $252 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $270.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
