Property prices for sale in May (Texas)
The prices in real estate in May, in the Texas region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in May has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was $4,189. In December this price pretty much remained the same at a value of $4,068 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (January, February) decreased 89 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable increase of 157 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $3,891.25 to $6,115 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in May (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is $266,742. In December This price remains at $256,458. During the following two months (January, February) the price has had an average incrementation from $261,600 to $291,125.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 120 % during the last two months.
