Property prices for sale in Delhi (New York)
The prices in real estate in Delhi, in the New York region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Delhi has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was $152. In December this price pretty much remained the same at a value of $155 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 106 %, going from $153.5 to $162 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable increase of 116 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $157.75 to $183 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Delhi (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for November is $303,352. During December the price had a considerable reduction till $256,736. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from $280,044 to $293,294. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 140 % during the last two months.
