The prices in real estate in Cyrus, in the Minnesota region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Cyrus has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was $95. In December this price pretty much remained the same at a value of $91 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from $93 to $92.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable increase of 123 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $92.75 to $114.5 during March, and April.

In December This price remains at $169,000. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 123 % during the last two months.
