Property prices for rent in New Jersey region
The average rent price in the New Jersey region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in New Jersey has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $2.66. The following month (November) the price rose to $2.84 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 94 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $2.66 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $2.88 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in New Jersey(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is $2,743. In November the price remains at $2,769. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $2,756 to $2,831.5. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $2,793.75 to $2,843 during February and March.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of $2.25 / sq.feet being $2.85 / sq.feet the average for New Jersey. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 19 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of $2.84 / sq.feet.

"Commercial" with an average price of $96 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Land" at a price of $3.38 / sq.feet.
