Property prices for rent in Louisiana region

The price per sq.feet in Louisiana has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per sq.feet was $1.39. The following month the price fell to $1.25 per sq.feet. The following two months (August, September) went through a considerable fall of 85 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $1.22 to $1.17 during October and November.
