Property prices for rent in Illinois region

The price per sq.feet in Illinois has risen in the last 6 months. During December, the average price per sq.feet was $2.07. The following month (January) the price had a considerable rise reaching $2.41 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from $2.24 to $2.25 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 111 %.
