Property prices for rent in Georgia region
The average rent price in the Georgia region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in Georgia has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $1.63. In November the price barely changed remaining at $1.59 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 106 % in the rent price per sq.feet rising from $1.61 to $1.7 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has fallen 94 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price $1.65 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price $1.55 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

In November the price remains at $1,808. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $1,822.5 to $1,868.5. During the last two months the price has gone up 108 % compared to the previous average values going from $1,845.5 a $1,995.5 in February y March.
