Property prices for rent in Colorado region
The average rent price in the Colorado region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Colorado has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $2.38. In November the price barely changed remaining at $2.33 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 91 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $2.24 to $2.16 during February and March.
