The price per sq.feet in California has risen in the last 6 months. During August, the average price per sq.feet was $2.71. In September the price barely changed remaining at $2.8 per sq.feet. The following two months (October, November) went through a fall of 88 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 127 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $2.59 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $3.29 per sq.feet for the last two months (December, January).
