Property prices for rent in Ocean View (Hawaii)
The rent prices in real estate in Ocean View, in the Hawaii region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ocean View has fallen during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per sq.feet was $10. In April this price barely changed remaining at $10 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (May, June) fell 90 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.feet has fallen 95 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $9.5 to $9 during July, and August.
When referring to the price in Ocean View (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is $18,114. In April This price remains at $18,014. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from $18,064 to $18,095. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of $18,079.5 and $18,095 between July and August.
