Property prices for sale in Kentucky region

The price per sq.feet in Kentucky has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $278. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching $716 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 45 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two.
