Property prices for rent in Oklahoma region
The average rent price in the Oklahoma region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Oklahoma has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was $1.16. The following month (December) the price rose to $1.23 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from $1.2 to $1.17 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 201 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $1.18 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $2.38 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
