Property prices for rent in Illinois region
The average rent price in the Illinois region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in Illinois has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $2.44. The following month (November) the price rose to $2.61 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 92 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $2.43 to $2.4 during February and March.

In November the price remains at $2,298. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $2,259.5 to $2,267. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $2,263.25 to $2,311 during February and March.
